4. Commercial and service questions
- Warranty term and exclusions
- Performance guarantee

5. RFQ discipline
- Ask every supplier to quote against the same capacity, PCS size, discharge duration, warranty term and delivery terms.
- Do not compare prices before normalizing scope.
- Record missing documents as risk notes, not as small details.
