## BOS images must show scope, not just objects

For rooftop and C&I BOS sourcing, product images should help buyers understand what is included, how it fits the site and whether the image is connected to evidence.

## Image groups needed

### 1. Mounting system

1. Complete kit layout.
2. Rails, clamps, hooks, fasteners and accessories.
3. Installation detail image.
4. Packaging image.

### 2. Cable and connector

1. Cable label and specification.
2. Connector close-up.
3. Packaging and reel image.
4. Compatibility note if available.

### 3. Protection and distribution

1. DC isolator, fuse, SPD or combiner product image.
2. Nameplate or label.
3. Internal layout if safe to share.
4. Packaging and model mapping.

### 4. Site or installation context

1. Rooftop or C&I installation image.
2. Detail showing attachment or cable routing.
3. Country or project information only when approved.

## Required caption fields

1. Product category.
2. Exact model or series.
3. Application scenario.
4. Image owner.
5. Public-use permission.
6. Related datasheet or test evidence.

## Do not publish

1. Images without permission.
2. Images with unclear model.
3. Images that imply a project case without approval.
4. Images that expose private customer or site information.
5. Images that mix different product series without explanation.

## Boundary

Image review is not certification or product approval. It only decides whether a visual asset is clear enough and permitted enough for sourcing conversations.
