# C&I Solar and Storage Project Responsibility Map

For commercial and industrial energy users, developers, EPCs, equipment suppliers, investors, installers, commissioning teams and O&M providers.

Use the map before quotation and delivery to name who executes, approves, advises and receives each critical result. Do not assume a supplier, EPC or owner will automatically absorb unassigned work.

## How to use it

- **R - Responsible:** performs the work.
- **A - Accountable/approver:** owns and signs the result; normally one per row.
- **C - Consulted:** must be involved before the decision.
- **I - Informed:** receives the record or result.

## Three stages that require explicit signatures

1. **System boundary:** which equipment, software, installation and services are included.
2. **Site acceptance:** who witnesses in the project country and signs against which criteria.
3. **Incident closure:** who confirms restoration and which residual risks remain.

This map supports coordination. It does not replace contracts, engineering, safety systems, local permits or statutory duties. Responsible parties must verify and sign the applicable project documents.
