# Evidence-Ready PCS Watchlist Method

This beta method helps buyers and suppliers discuss PCS readiness before RFQ. It is not certification, endorsement or a guarantee of delivery.

## Scoring dimensions

1. Product scope clarity: exact model, rated power, voltage and application boundary.
2. Grid and compliance evidence: target market, grid-code scope, certificate mapping and validity.
3. Integration evidence: DC voltage range, EMS/BMS protocol and control boundary.
4. Safety and protection evidence: anti-islanding, fault protection, isolation and test evidence.
5. Service readiness: warranty, spare parts, response path and remote support.
6. Visual and document permission: authorized images, manuals, certificates and public-use boundaries.

## Display levels

Evidence ready:

The supplier can provide model-level evidence, target-market scope and permission for public or buyer-room use.

In progress:

The supplier has a product line but one or two key files are missing.

Pending:

The supplier has a claim but model scope, certificate mapping or service boundary is not clear.

## Minimum files

1. Datasheet.
2. Manual.
3. Certificate or test-scope note.
4. EMS/BMS protocol note.
5. Warranty terms.
6. Service response note.
7. Image permission receipt.

## Public boundary

A watchlist is a structured observation pool. It must not be described as official certification, approval, warranty, order promise or exclusivity.
