# Evidence-Ready PV Module Watchlist Method

Status: beta method. This is not certification, supplier approval or a guarantee of order results.

## Purpose

PV module buyers often compare price per watt before checking whether product evidence is ready.

This watchlist method helps suppliers and buyers organize module evidence in a transparent way:

1. Exact model and technology route.
2. Certificate to model mapping.
3. Datasheet and warranty terms.
4. Packaging and container loading.
5. Product images with model context and permission.
6. Export and delivery readiness.

## What this list is

It is an evidence-readiness watchlist.

It can show whether one module product line has enough information for a buyer RFQ conversation.

## What this list is not

It is not:

1. A certification result.
2. A supplier endorsement.
3. A price ranking.
4. A guarantee of product quality.
5. A customs or origin guarantee.
6. A promise of buyers, orders or revenue.

## Scoring dimensions

Each product line can be reviewed across six dimensions:

1. Product clarity: exact model, power class, technology route, datasheet.
2. Certificate fit: certificate list and model mapping for target markets.
3. Warranty and degradation: English terms, degradation statement and claim process.
4. Packaging and logistics: pallet count, container loading, lead time and Incoterms.
5. Visual evidence: model-matched images with public-use permission.
6. Buyer fit: country, project type, application and service assumptions.

## Display levels

Use careful language:

1. Evidence ready: core files are present and buyer-readable.
2. Evidence in progress: useful files exist but critical evidence gaps remain.
3. Evidence pending: product may be interesting but files are not ready.

Do not use language such as approved, certified, guaranteed, best, lowest price or official ranking.

## Minimum intake

Suppliers should submit one product line first:

1. Product series and exact model.
2. Datasheet.
3. Certificate list with model mapping.
4. Warranty and degradation document.
5. Packaging and loading specification.
6. Target market.
7. Authorized product image pack.

## Update rule

Suppliers can update evidence. The watchlist should show the review date and current evidence status.
