Use this outline before introducing a PCS product line to overseas buyers. The goal is to make the product understandable before RFQ, not to certify the supplier.

## 1. Product scope

1. Supplier name and product series.
2. Exact model range.
3. Rated AC power and AC voltage.
4. DC voltage range.
5. Application scope: C&I BESS, utility storage, microgrid, PV+storage or other.

## 2. Technical evidence

1. Datasheet.
2. User manual or installation manual.
3. Communication protocol document.
4. EMS/BMS integration boundary.
5. Protection function list.
6. Cooling, enclosure and maintenance requirements.

## 3. Compliance evidence

1. Certificate list by target market.
2. Grid-code test scope.
3. Model mapping between certificates and product series.
4. Validity and exclusions.
5. Known compliance gaps.

## 4. Commercial and service evidence

1. MOQ and lead time.
2. Warranty terms and exclusions.
3. Spare parts and service response path.
4. Remote support assumptions.
5. Local partner assumptions.

## 5. Visual evidence

1. Product front and side photos.
2. Cabinet interior or interface photos where allowed.
3. Nameplate or label photos.
4. Packaging and shipment photos.
5. Project photos with permission.

## 6. Public display boundary

Do not publish confidential project names, certificate numbers, customer logos, interface details or photos unless the supplier gives explicit permission.
