# Product Image Brief for Suppliers

## Why this matters

Solarbe Global uses product images as sourcing evidence. We do not want generic decorative photos to create false product claims.

## Required image groups

### Product

- Front and side view.
- Model label or nameplate if public use is allowed.
- Key components, ports, cabinet or package view where relevant.

### Factory and quality

- Production line or assembly context.
- Testing or inspection scene.
- Packaging and loading scene.

### Project and application

- Installation scene.
- User/load context.
- Service or maintenance access.
- Caption with product, application and region if public use is approved.

### Authorization

- Image owner.
- Public use permission status.
- Allowed usage: website, brochure, shortlist report, social media or private buyer pack.
- Any required credit line or redaction.

## Do not submit

- Images copied from other websites.
- Customer logos, project names or people without permission.
- Dark generic energy photos with no product context.
- Photos that imply certification, project delivery or performance claims without evidence.

## Minimum file naming

Use: supplier-product-model-image-type-permission-date.
