## A BESS cabinet photo needs capacity and safety context

## The problem

A BESS cabinet photo can look clean and professional, but it cannot explain the system by itself. Buyers need to understand what the cabinet represents: usable capacity, voltage range, cell chemistry, PCS connection, fire safety design, thermal management, enclosure rating, and whether the image is approved for public use.

Without this context, the image becomes decoration. With context, it becomes evidence.

## What a BESS cabinet image can show

A good image can help buyers see:

1. Cabinet form factor and installation orientation.
2. Front, side or internal layout if public-use permission allows.
3. Cable entry, cooling path or access panels.
4. Label, warning mark or external interface.
5. Packaging, site placement or service access when relevant.

## What it cannot show alone

The image cannot prove:

1. Usable energy capacity.
2. Cell chemistry or cell supplier.
3. Fire safety design.
4. PCS / EMS / BMS communication boundary.
5. Grid compliance.
6. Warranty or service capability.
7. Project performance.

Those facts need separate files and captions.

## Caption fields

Before a BESS cabinet image enters a public page, record:

- Product line.
- Model or capacity range.
- What the image shows.
- What the image does not prove.
- Permission owner.
- Public-use permission status.
- Related evidence file.
- Intended public page and the image it may replace.
