# PV Module Image Standard Note

## Module images must show the model, not only a blue panel

A PV module photo is useful only when the buyer can understand what it represents.

Solarbe Global does not treat module images as decoration. We use them as product evidence when they can be connected to a model, datasheet, certificate, packaging or project context.

## Minimum image set

For a PV module product line, suppliers should prepare:

1. Front view.
2. Back view.
3. Frame and corner detail.
4. Junction box.
5. Cable and connector detail if publishable.
6. Label or nameplate if publishable.
7. Packaging and pallet photo.
8. Container loading or warehouse photo if approved.
9. Factory production line if approved.
10. Project or installation photo with permission.

## Caption required

Each image should include:

1. Product series.
2. Exact model if applicable.
3. Application context.
4. Image owner.
5. Public-use permission.
6. Whether logos, customer site or sensitive information must be hidden.

## Do not publish

Avoid publishing:

1. Unlabeled module photos that cannot be mapped to a model.
2. Project photos without owner permission.
3. Customer site photos with visible private information.
4. Certificate images that do not match the model.
5. Factory photos that reveal sensitive process or customer data.

## Use in Solarbe Global

Approved images can be used in supplier evidence rooms, product notes, RFQ briefings, image reviews and shortlist materials.

Unclear images stay internal until permission and caption are fixed.
