# Residential Solar Delivery Team Readiness Check

For local teams seeking residential solar survey, installation, commissioning, handover or after-sales work.

Check an item only when the team has a repeatable process and records. An activity that can be improvised but has no owner, form or evidence is not yet an established capability.

## 1. Customer and site information

- [ ] A standard customer need and bill/load intake exists.
- [ ] Site surveys use a consistent record, photo requirement and escalation path.
- [ ] Preliminary screening, formal design and local-permit responsibility are separated.

## 2. Design and scope

- [ ] Quotations state models, quantities, service scope and exclusions.
- [ ] Proposal, contract, bill of materials and site changes remain version-aligned.
- [ ] Qualified and accountable people review design and local-compliance conclusions.

## 3. Procurement and arrival

- [ ] Model, certificate, warranty and packing list are checked before arrival.
- [ ] Arrival inspection, damage evidence and non-conforming-product isolation are defined.
- [ ] Common spares, shortages and replacements have owners and records.

## 4. Installation and commissioning

- [ ] Installer assignment, tools, PPE and site safety checks are recorded.
- [ ] Installation, wiring, labelling, commissioning and functional testing use checklists.
- [ ] Site changes, settings and results are traceable to project and equipment.

## 5. Handover and customer use

- [ ] System files, accounts, warranty and emergency contacts are handed over.
- [ ] The customer receives basic operation, monitoring, shutdown and support guidance.
- [ ] Handover includes open items and signatures, not only a completion photo.

## 6. O&M and escalation

- [ ] Service tickets, response targets and manufacturer escalation contacts exist.
- [ ] Model, serial, alarms, logs and site photos are collected at first report.
- [ ] Restoration testing, customer confirmation, open items and closure are recorded.

## Result guide

- **0-6:** establish a minimum delivery process before promising scaled service.
- **7-12:** partial capability; close cross-stage ownership and record gaps first.
- **13-16:** a solid base; verify consistency through real project records.
- **17-18:** documentation appears complete; people, licences, cases and actual coverage still require verification.

This result is not certification, ranking or service endorsement. Formal cooperation also requires verification of the legal entity, personnel qualifications, insurance, real project evidence, permissions and target-country requirements.
