Use this when a local scene sounds interesting but is not yet ready for product matching.

## The rule

Do not classify scenes only by who uses electricity. Classify them by the business responsibility behind the electricity.

## Six lanes

1. **Irrigation service point**  
   Buyer: cooperative, farm or water-service operator.  
   Product route: solar pump, controller, storage tank, optional battery.  
   Stop line: one farmer has no budget and no maintainer.

2. **Cold-chain node**  
   Buyer: dock, market, cooperative or processor.  
   Product route: PV, storage, cooling or ice-making.  
   Stop line: single shop wants a refrigerator but no wider service model.

3. **Drying / processing load**  
   Buyer: crop cooperative, processor or off-taker.  
   Product route: PV, storage, drying or small processing equipment.  
   Stop line: no seasonal utilization or price premium evidence.

4. **Fleet / delivery charging**  
   Buyer: fleet, delivery platform, park or charging operator.  
   Product route: PV-storage charging, charging cabinets and fire-safety plan.  
   Stop line: random phone-charging booth.

5. **Institution reliable power**  
   Buyer: school, clinic, market, service center, NGO or government program.  
   Product route: critical-load backup and service plan.  
   Stop line: only a warm story, no budget or maintenance owner.

6. **Local service role**  
   Buyer unclear at first. Local team may start with demand discovery, user education, data collection and service coordination.  
   Stop line: asking young people to carry warranty, finance or high-risk delivery alone.
