The first stage is not a public store and not a promise of orders. It is a product sourcing desk: overseas buyers submit needs, suppliers submit product files, and Solarbe Global helps structure evidence, RFQ questions and supplier meetings.

## What suppliers should submit

1. Company name and contact.
2. Main product line.
3. Priority SKU or model.
4. Datasheet.
5. Certificate list and covered models.
6. Warranty terms.
7. MOQ and sample policy.
8. Delivery lead time.
9. Trade terms and countries you can serve.
10. After-sales and local service model.
11. Product images or videos.
12. Image and document authorization: public website, buyer meeting only, or internal reference.
13. Information that cannot be shared publicly.

## What happens after you submit

1. We review one product line first, not the whole company catalog.
2. We check evidence readiness, target market fit, image authorization and service boundaries.
3. If the line is usable, we decide whether it belongs in an RFQ discussion, buyer meeting, evidence room or later follow-up.

## What manufacturers remain responsible for

Suppliers remain responsible for final quotation, product performance, delivery, warranty, after-sales and any local service commitments they make.

## What Solarbe Global does not claim

1. We do not guarantee orders.
2. We do not act as an official certification body.
3. We do not publish unapproved product images, SKU names, prices or customer cases.
4. We do not promise local installation or after-sales unless a qualified partner and responsibility boundary are clear.
5. This is not a public listing, official certification, sales agency appointment, buyer guarantee, ranking sale or automatic overseas promotion.
