# Supplier Product Line Submit Guide

Use this guide when a Chinese solar or storage supplier wants to enter overseas buyer conversations but the product evidence is not yet buyer-readable.

## Start with one line

Do not submit the whole catalog first. Choose the product line that is most likely to match overseas demand:

1. C&I BESS cabinet or container system.
2. PV module series.
3. Inverter / PCS / EMS product family.
4. BOS accessory line.
5. Application product with a clear use case.

## Minimum evidence

Prepare:

1. Product family and model range.
2. Datasheet.
3. Certificate list and certificate scope.
4. Warranty terms.
5. MOQ, lead time and delivery terms.
6. Target country or region.
7. After-sales or local service route.
8. Product image permission status.

## What Solarbe Global checks first

1. Can a buyer understand the model range quickly?
2. Are certificates tied to the right product and target market?
3. Are warranty, delivery and service boundaries clear?
4. Are images authorized for public use, meeting use or internal use only?
5. Is there one buyer question this product is ready to answer?

## Output

The first output may be:

1. Evidence Gap.
2. Supplier Evidence Room outline.
3. RFQ question set.
4. Internal supplier pool note.
5. Pause and ask for missing files.

## Boundary

Submitting a product line is not public listing, official certification, sales agency appointment, buyer guarantee or order promise.
